4. Wallet, gift cards and prepaid Visa

Wallet is not a deposit account; rewards are promotional cashback, not interest; gift card terms pass through from issuers; prepaid card terms from the issuing partner.

5. Prohibited use

Fraud, money laundering, sanctions, third-party sending.

6. Our obligations and limits of liability

Service availability, delays outside our control, liability caps.

7. Complaints and disputes

Reference the complaints process and applicable law, Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

8. Changes to these terms

Notice and effective dates.
